Comparing Art Briles’ first 100 games to Baylor’s previous 100

To say that Art Briles has done a terrific job with the Baylor Bears would certainly be an understatement. He came to the school in 2008 after a great career at Houston and since 2010, the team has finished with at least seven wins every year, five straight bowl appearances, and two Big 12 Championships.

On Friday, he coached in his 100th game at Baylor. The Bears went on to lose the game against in-state rival TCU in double overtime, which brought his overall record to 64-36 with the Bears.

One Baylor writer compared Briles’ first 100 games to the Bears’ previous 100 before Briles came and it certainly put it into perspective for Baylor fans.
