Art Briles responds to 'Outside the Lines' report of accusations that Baylor failed to investigate sexual assaults

As it gathered interviews for a report on accusations that Baylor ignored alleged sexual assault victims involved in reported incidents from October 2009 to April 2012, "Outside the Lines" was denied access to requested coaches or administrators for comment.

Among them, of course, was Baylor football coach Art Briles. The three victims who appeared on national television a week ago said they were sexually assaulted by former Baylor football player Tevin Elliot, and claimed the university did nothing when notified about the attacks.

OTL reported that federal law requires a university investigation of allegations of sexual assault, but it found no evidence that Baylor investigated or adequately investigated the allegations.
