With the OTA’s now underway, and mini-camps just around the corner, here is my QB rankings heading into the 2017 season. A quick note, my rankings are not solely based on the 2016 season. Although last season was a big factor in determining the rankings, it was not the only element in deciding the order. These rankings are also based on their individual situation as of now.
