Yesterday was Kamar Aiken’s birthday, so I thought his career made an interesting topic. Last season Aiken showed that he was a solid player that the Ravens could depend on. When seemingly everything was going wrong, Aiken was a bright spot for the team.
What Aiken proved last season is that he can be counted on to make plays. He is not a number one receiver. He is far from superstar status. Though his 75 reception performance showed that he is a solid number two target.
With a healthy Steve Smith Sr. and Aiken on opposite sides, and Mike Wallace in the slot, the Ravens look to have a more balanced passing attack.
