With three top-100 commits in 24 hours, IU's staff ready to be big players in B1G recruiting wars
BLOOMINGTON – So much for the worrying pace of IU’s recruiting.
In a span of less than 24 hours, between Sunday night and Monday lunch, Indiana coach Archie Miller landed his first three new commitments, two in 2018 and one for the final spot in his 2017 class.
Heads did spin.
In Race Thompson, Jerome Hunter and Damezi Anderson, Miller adds three players who all fit various needs, now and in the future; who are all legitimate Big Ten-level prospects; who all committed to a coach it was presumed would need July to finish making up ground on more established suitors.
