AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn cross country team will open the 2015 season on Tuesday with a tri-meet against Samford and Alabama at Veteran’s Park in Birmingham.
“We are excited to get the season underway,” head coach Mark Carroll said. “The first two weeks of practices have gone really well. It will be a nice meet against Samford and Alabama. We are hoping for some positive performances in the meet and I am just excited to get the season started.”
The women’s team will be led by sophomore Molly McKenna, the team’s top finisher at SECs and NCAAs.
