JJ Peterson, nation’s No. 1 OLB, has Alabama as leader with Auburn in second

ATLANTA – JJ Peterson may still take some more time before making a final decision, but he does already have his favorites in mind.

Peterson, the nation’s No. 1 outside linebacker, still has Alabama as his leader, but at least three others are in the mix as well.

“My number two is Auburn,” Peterson said. “Then it’s Oregon and Georgia.”

The 6-foot-1½, 210-pound Peterson, a four-star prospect from Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County, says he does not have a timetable on when he will commit; instead, he plans to go on visits first this fall.

“I’m going to Michigan and Oregon,” Peterson said.
