Carl Lawson Chosen by Cincinnati in the Fourth Round of the NFL Draft

Everyone’s favorite sack master, Carl Lawson, was drafted by the Bengals with the 9th pick in the fourth round.

Despite being a first round talent, as agreed upon by pretty much everyone, Lawson slipped a lot due to concerns about his injury history. I guess. I don’t know why he fell this far. It’s not clear yet if he’ll be a true defensive end, or if he’ll end up as more of a rush linebacker, but I have no doubt Lawson will be terrorizing NFL quarterbacks for years to come.

Lawson left Auburn after four seasons, but injuries prevented him from really seeing the field in 2014 and 2015.
