Last season in out-of-conference games Auburn basketball took on UAB, Colorado, Middle Tennessee State, Xavier, New Mexico and Harvard. All very good teams that gave Auburn basketball a chance to make a name for themselves had they won more than two of those games.

For the upcoming season, they already have the likes of TCU, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, UCONN and possibly Purdue on the schedule.
They also play North Florida, who was an NIT team last season after winning 22 games; Coastal Carolina, who made it to the semi-finals of the CollegeInsider.
