The Atlanta Dream hit the road again on Tuesday as they open a two-game road trip with a stop at Madison Square Garden for a matchup against the New York Liberty.
Atlanta comes into the game with a 2-1 record and having most recently defeated the Chicago Sky 87-81 in their home opener at Philips Arena on Sunday. The Dream rallied from a 10-point first half deficit behind 21 points from forward Angel McCoughtry.
Atlanta put forth a good defensive effort against reigning WNBA MVP Elena Delle Donne who finished the game with 16 points but had just three field goal attempts in the second half.
