Atlanta Hawks sign Quinn Cook to two year deal

It has been reported that the Hawks are signing point guard Quinn Cook to a partially guaranteed two year deal. After highly successful stints in the NBA D-Leage, Cook spent last season with the Dallas Mavericks and New Orleans Pelicans averaging 5.6 points and 1.9 assists per game.

Quinn Cook tore up the Las Vegas Summer League in July with the Pelicans, including two impressive outings against the Atlanta Hawks squad. However before the signings of Rajon Rondo and Ian Clark, the Pelicans waived Cook allowing him to be a free agent.

Free agent guard Quinn Cook has agreed to a partially guaranteed, two-year deal with the Atlanta Hawks, agent Jim Tanner tells The Vertical.
