Atlanta avenged an earlier season defeat to the Celts, while boasting 11 players in the scorers column at the end of the night. Six of those 11 hard working Hawks finished with twin-figures in the scoring category.
Unlike the two teams’ last meeting, where Boston dominated Atlanta on the glass, the Hawks turned the tables Tuesday night by out-rebounding the Celtics 43-33.
The Hawks also shot an astounding 56/50/86 clip overall. Simply put, the Hawks were a team in total command against the Celtics, en route to their finest performance of the 15-16 season.
