Atlanta Hawks Drop Season Series To Timberwolves 99-95

With the defeat, Atlanta has now officially been swept in it’s season series against Minnesota 2-0.

That’s a staggering +40 advantage for the Minnesota bench.

Overall, the Timberwolves were led in scoring by reserve Guard Zack Lavine. Lavine had 18 on the evening.

Minnesota also received strong backup performances from Gorgiu Dieng (10 points) and seldom used Damjan Rudez (13 points) who came into Wednesday night’s contest averaging just 0.8 points per game.

Andrew Wiggins’ 15 points led all Minnesota starters in scoring.
