Valiant Effort By Hawks Not Enough In Cleveland

Missing an injured Kyle Korver and an ejected Al Horford, the Atlanta Hawks never stopped fighting. The same can be said of LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, overtime winners of an epic Game 3.

James put together three huge plays in the final minute of his team's 114-111 win: making a corner three, catching up to and contesting a Jeff Teague layup, and driving left past Paul Millsap for a right-handed bank shot that put the Cavs up 3 points with 12.8 seconds left.

In the Hawks' last gasp at avoiding a 3-0 series deficit, Shelvin Mack (13 points, 5-10 FG) missed a pair of corner threes, with the second one being an uncontested shot following a Millsap offensive rebound.
