With the 15th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, the Atlanta Hawks select Kelly Oubre out of Kansas.

Analysis:
Oubre had an extremely slow start to the season, but once he finally cracked Kansas’ starting lineup before conference play starter, he showed why he’s considered to be a lottery talent. He is perhaps the most athletic player in the draft and should develop into one of the league’s premier perimeter defenders to go along with his outstanding slashing ability. There are some questions about his aggressiveness, but his upside is undeniable.
