It seems strange to be talking about the Atlanta Falcons offense as the reason the team is losing, but that’s exactly what is happening. The defense is doing enough to win games, but it’s the sputtering offense throwing away games.
Turnovers have been at the root of the problem more often than not. Poor throws into tight windows, fumbled snaps and sloppy errors have been to blame, and it’s been holding the team back. But simply not turning it over isn’t the only issue. After all, Atlanta didn’t turn it over against San Francisco, but the offense wasn’t much better.
