Steve Bruce is sick of talking about Jack Grealish's potential and has told the Aston Villa midfielder to prove he is 'the real deal' now.
Grealish, 21, scored Villa's equaliser on the Championship's final day against Brighton on Sunday, his fifth goal of the season.
Manager Bruce, though, says that is not enough. He feels the England Under 21 midfielder too often fails to fulfil his promise.
Grealish was tipped for a senior international future after breaking through in the Premier League but has been a substitute more often than a starter in the Championship this season.
