JONESBORO, Ark. (12/3/16) – The Arkansas State Track and Field team turned in another day of strong results as the squad closed out the second and final day of the annual A-State Kickoff Klassic at the Convocation Center on Saturday afternoon.
Senior thrower Erin Farmer was one of 13 Red Wolves’ to win top honors on the day and she did so in convincing fashion by shattering her own school record for distance in the shot put by nearly two meters.
The League City, Texas native had a throw of 17.19 meters, breaking the previous mark of 15.
