FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas running backs coach Jemal Singleton has accepted the same position with the NFL's Indianapolis Colts, according to Sports Illustrated.
Singleton spent one season with the Razorbacks. He was previously running backs coach at Oklahoma State.
"Congrats to Jemal and his family!!" Arkansas receivers coach Michael Smith posted on Twitter. "Keep chasing your dreams, bro!!"
With his departure, Arkansas is looking for its third coach at the position in as many seasons. Singleton replaced Joel Thomas last February after Thomas was hired by the NFL's New Orleans Saints.
According to his contract, Singleton will owe the Razorbacks $100,000 to terminate his contract.
