Jeremy Sprinkle is the latest in an ever-growing line of tight end success stories at Arkansas, and now he joins the list of the Razorbacks’ NFL Draftees as the Washington Redskins have drafted him in the 5th Round with the 154th pick.
Sprinkle is Arkansas’ all-time leader in touchdown receptions as a tight end and seemed to be open in the flat on just about every play over the last two years.
When Hunter Henry left early for the Draft a year ago, Sprinkle was the team lead at tight end in 2016. He responded with 33 receptions for 380 yards and four touchdowns, including the game-winner vs Louisiana Tech, an overtime score vs TCU, and touchdown vs Alabama.
