FAYETTEVILLE — Sebastian Tretola has moved on to the NFL as a rookie with the Tennessee Titans, but Arkansas still has an offensive lineman from San Bernardino, Calif.
Junior Paul Ramirez, like Tretola, calls San Bernardino home. He transferred to Arkansas this year from San Bernardino Valley Community College.
“What’s that Beach Boys’ song?” Razorbacks offensive line coach Kurt Anderson said. “I wish they could all be California linemen?”
Tretola attended Cajon High School in San Bernardino while Ramirez attended Rialto.
Ramirez said he’s never met Tretola but has heard about him and his impact with the Razorbacks.
