Razorback College World Series hero Brett Eibner had himself a memorable Memorial Day weekend in Kansas City.
After years in the minor leagues playing in the Royals' farm system for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals and Omaha Storm Chasers, Eibner finally got a call up to The Show in this weekend's series against the White Sox.
In the first game on Friday, Eibner ignited a Royals comeback in the 7th inning with a double, his first-ever hit in the majors. The biggest moment came in the second game, in which Eibner knocked in the game-winning run with a walk-off single, which Scottie Bordelon posted on the site.
