Keuchel named to All-Star roster

Houston Astros pitcher Dallas Keuchel will pitch for the American League at the MLB All-Star Game next Tuesday in Cincinnati.

Keuchel leads the AL in innings pitched (124 1/3), complete games (3) and shutouts (2) this season. He has a 2.03 ERA and has recorded 10 wins.

He could become the second former Arkansas pitcher selected to start the All-Star Game. Cliff Lee was the AL starter in 2008 and went on to win the league's Cy Young Award.

Keuchel was a seventh-round draft pick of the Astros in 2009 after pitching three seasons for the Razorbacks.
