LITTLE ROCK – The Trojan volleyball team had two players set single-game career highs in kills, but Louisiana still earned a come-from-behind 3-2 (17-25, 27-25, 15-25, 25-18, 17-15) win over Little Rock at the Jack Stephens Center on Friday night.
Marina Avram led the Trojans in kills with a career-high 21, and Veronica Marin added a career-high 18 kills of her own. Kelsey Leech also had a career high with 23 digs. Setter Taylor Lindberg also broke a career high with 53 assists.
Avram put a double-double on the board with 13 digs, and the Trojans had four players in double figures for digs.
