LITTLE ROCK – The Trojan track and field teams will begin their 2016 indoor season on Friday and Saturday, traveling to Jonesboro for the A-State Kickoff Klassic.
The annual meet will feature teams from across Arkansas and Tennessee including Arkansas State, Central Arkansas and UAPB.
The meet will begin on Friday at 11:30 a.m. with pentathlon and heptathlon events, and the Trojans will begin their competition with the long jump at 4:30 p.m. On Friday night, the 5K races as well as the 200-meter races and the distance medley relays will be held.
