LITTLE ROCK – Trojan senior forward Kaitlyn Pratt was named the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week on Monday afternoon, earning the award for the second time this season.
Pratt tied her career scoring high in both Trojan games last weekend, putting up 24 points in road wins at Coastal Carolina and Appalachian State. Pratt had a double-double against Mountaineers on Saturday, grabbing 10 rebounds. Against the Chanticleers on Thursday, Pratt just missed a double-double with nine rebounds, and eight of those nine rebounds came on the offensive glass.
All told for the week, Pratt shot 63 percent from the field (17-27) and 87.
