LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock baseball will have a new assistant coach in the dugout next spring as head coach Chris Curry announced the hiring of Noah Sanders on Friday.

Sanders comes to Little Rock from in-state rival Arkansas State where he has served as the assistant coach since 2015. Prior to that, he served as the Red Wolves' volunteer assistant coach for three seasons.

"We're fortunate to have Noah Sanders join our staff," Curry said. "He's a veteran Sun Belt coach that has been in the league for five years, and he very much understands the lay of the land as far as recruiting goes in the southeast.
