LITTLE ROCK – North Little Rock Parks and Recreation is hosting the Downtown Tip Off Club Luncheon and Wes Flanigan and Joe Foley have been announced as speakers.
Flanigan will speak on Friday, Jan. 20 while Foley is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21.
