Arizona Football Recruiting Roundup: The Latest On 1/16

Arizona's 2015 recruiting class is almost in the books, but there are still a few weeks left for the coaching staff to put their finishing touches on this group. Let's take a look at all the latest from the recruiting trail, as of 1/16:

Arthur McGinnis

The three-star LB from New Orleans will be visiting this weekend, and Arizona is his sole visit remaining before national signing day. Most scouts think Texas A&M is leading the race for McGinnis, but the Wildcats are firmly in second...it sounds very much like a solid visit could be enough to change his mind. Coaches visited him (and our next guy) in New Orleans recently, and he's part of Arizona's bid to expand their recruiting base and steal some prospects from SEC country.

Darrell Clark

Another weekend visitor, Clark is a three-star WR who is a classmate of McGinnis at Warren Easton in New Orleans. Unlike McGinnis, he's leaning Arizona, but Mizzou, Tulane, Louisville and Memphis are all in the picture.

Jaylinn Hawkins

Hawkins is a 4-Star WR from Buena Park, CA (Buena Park), and he's been getting looks from pretty much every school in the Southwest.

Oregon was the early leader, but USC, Arizona State and Arizona are all trying to get in the mix late. USC currently has the best shot, with ASU and Arizona trailing behind...but it sounds like Hawkins still has some big decisions to make, and there's still a lot that can change at this stage.
