PHOENIX -- D-backs second baseman Jean Segura was removed from Saturday's game against the Reds at the start of the third inning due to illness.
Segura has been a bright spot for Arizona this season, hitting .316 with 12 homers and 50 RBIs. His 162 hits led the National League entering Saturday. He has played in 123 of the D-backs' 130 games.
