The Diamondbacks have signed Tyler Clippard to an two-year deal worth $12.25 million, according to Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports.
According to Rosenthal, Clippard will make $4.1 million this season and $4.15 million next year.
Clippard, who will turn 31 on Sunday, has an ERA of 2.68 in 481 appearances since becoming a full-time relief pitcher in 2009. He has posted an ERA under 3.10 in six of the last seven seasons, including a 2.
