Late rally not enough as Dodgers down Dbacks

Robbie Ray looked to continue his great start to the season and was decent in his 6 innings of work. Unfortunately for him, the 3rd inning was his undoing, where he allowed 3 runs. Randall Delgado and Josh Collmenter were solid in relief, combining for 3 scoreless innings to keep things close.

The offense was stagnant despite having many chances to score in the early innings. There were 2 hits and a walk in the 1st, but Nick Ahmed was picked off and A.J. Pollock was thrown out trying to advance to 2nd.
