Diamondbacks 8, Rockies 1

The Rockies got clapt up tonight, y'all.

Through 6 innings it seemed like this was going to be a tight game, with both starters putting the game on lock down. It wouldn't last forever, though, with the Diamondbacks exploding for 7 runs in the 6th and 7th innings to put the game well out of reach.

Before I describe the offensive onslaught, though, let's give it up for Jeremy Hellickson. Poor guy has been taking sass all year for having the nerve to be traded to the Diamondbacks, and then not being the second coming of Teddy Roosevelt.
