The Dbacks have made a roster move earlier today. Enrique Burgos has been diagnosed with right shoulder tendinitis and will be placed on the 15-Day DL. Vidal Nuno has been called up from AAA Reno. It’s a disheartening injury for Burgos, who had started to carve out his own spot in the bullpen. However, it’s a pleasant reward for Nuno, who dominated in his lone appearance in the majors this season.
So far in 2015, Burgos is 0-2 with a 4.61 ERA and has converted a couple of saves. Enri-K has struck out 25 hitters in 13 2/3 innings.
