Former Arizona Cardinals play-by-play broadcaster Tom Dillon to be inducted into Arizona Broadcasters Association Hall Of Fame
For the first 11 seasons of Phoenix/Arizona Cardinals football one radio voice became very familiar to many. Tom Dillon, who was also the voice of the Arizona State Sun Devils for 19 years, did Cardinals play-by-play until Dave Pasch took over. Now, he will be inducted posthumously into the Arizona Broadcasters Association Hall Of Fame on Thursday October 15th.
Dillon was Arizona Sportscaster of the Year 18 times. He was just truly an amazing voice and a guy I personally got to meet in the two seasons I worked for the Cardinals during training camp and the preseason.
