Performing in front of large audiences didn't intimidate Josh Hunter, who played basketball at Appalachian State from 2008-10. With a stage name of "JChosen," the 6-foot-6 Hunter is continuing to explore his musical options after he fared well in NBC's reality talent competition for budding singers.
"It was almost like playing ball," Hunter told representatives of the Winston-Salem Journal and IMG Sports during a recent appearance on The David Glenn Show. "You had the crowd. You had the people cheering you on. That's something I was used to.
