LORTON, Va. — Appalachian State University men’s golf completed the final round of the Patrior Intercollegiate on Monday afternoon.
The Mountaineers shot 294 (round one), 299 (round two) and 299 (round three) to finish tied for 12th with a tournament total of 892. The 294 round one score was tied for the fourth lowest team score for the round.
Old Dominion took the 2016 Patriot Intercollegiate title with a total of 849 (-3) with Eastern Kentucky (851) and George Mason (870) finishing behind right them. Eastern Kentucky featured the individual champion, Erik Lindwall, who shot a 208 over the three rounds.
