Appalachian Concludes Action at the JDL Meet

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Appalachian State University men’s track and field gathered nine top-ten finishes at the JDL College-Kickoff-Classic on Saturday night in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Two Mountaineer newcomers had breakout performances in their first Division I competition sporting the Black and Gold jersey. Freshman Jabari Johnson snatched first-place in the 200m (21.85), and Elliott Graves was the fastest Mountaineer hurdler running a time of 8.33 to place sixth in the 60-meter hurdles.
