PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly baseball honors for the week ending May 20.
AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK Kaplan helped the Green Wave to a 3-1 week, hitting .500 (9-for-18) finishing with three hits in each game against Memphis over the weekend. Kaplan drove in three runs, scored six and finished with four doubles and two home runs. In the series finale against Memphis, Kaplan went 3-for-4 with a double, home run and three runs scored.
