Nick Saban was very complimentary of Jimbo Fisher and his Florida State Seminoles over the weekend.
Fisher is someone the Alabama head coach knows well, with Fisher having served as Saban’s offensive coordinator at Louisiana State from 2000-2004. Following Alabama’s Spring Game on Saturday, Saban said Fisher is the best assistant he has ever had on any level.

Fisher will try to put more validity behind Saban’s compliment as he will look to be the first former assistant to beat Saban when his Seminoles meet the Crimson Tide on September 2.
