Alabama might be the defending national champion and top-ranked team in the nation, but are not college football's top team this season in the estimation of ESPN's Matt Barrie.
Barrie was the guest speaker for Monday's 1st and 10 Club meeting at the Mobile Marriott, and said he believes Ohio State is the best team in college football this season. Experience at the quarterback position is one reason he puts the Buckeyes ahead of the Crimson Tide.
"I believe that they [Ohio State] do a lot of the little things perfect, if that makes sense," said Barrie, a SportsCenter anchor and former host of College GameDay on ESPN Radio.
