Alabama signed another top-ranked recruiting class in 2017, and outside linebacker Chris Allen has a chance to be a special part of that group.
The Tide added six five-star and 18 four-star prospects on National Signing Day earlier this month. Among them was Allen, a versatile four-star player who also played defensive end in high school. Former college football and NFL scout Chris Landry is high on the incoming freshman, who he believes has the potential to be a “defensive hybrid.”
