Blake Sims is officially an Argonaut! Blake Sims signed a three-year contract with the Toronto Argonauts today.
An Arognaut is a small floating octopus.
Blake Sims, who helped lead the Crimson Tide to a surprisingly decent season last year and patiently waited for his time to shine for Bama Nation will now be playing in the Canadian Football League. As a starter at The University of Alabama Blake Sims threw for 3,487 yards and had 28 touchdowns during his senior season at Alabama.
This was a long road for Sims who, as we all know, went undrafted.
