When the last-place team in the league comes in short-handed, good things should happen -- but Alabama head coach Avery Johnson isn't taking any success for granted this season.

"I was proud of the way we played," Johnson said after the Crimson Tide downed Missouri 80-71 at Coleman Coliseum. "But there were definitely some teachable moments. That's a good way to put it."

Missouri was missing all three of its inside reserves -- two due to suspension and a third due to strep throat.
