Alabama softball’s ticket to Oklahoma City was punched late on Saturday night in dramatic fashion with a grand slam blast from Marisa Runyon that ignited the fuse on Rhoads Stadium and caused the explosion. All of the information on the Tide’s road to the finals was released on Sunday.
All of the Women’s College World Series games will be held at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City, OK. The series will run from May 28 until June 2 or 3, depending on if there is a third game needed to crown a champion. Everything in the tournament is double elimination with the exception of the Championship Series which will be a best of three format.
